Tendering for Care is a trading name of project Development and Support Ltd. The company was incorporated in 1998 to help health and social care charities who wished to seek funding from European, Lottery and similar sources.
So it is finally all change. The Government published its response to the new Procurement Directive on Friday 30th January.
When the new rules come into law in the next few weeks they have a huge impact on those tendering for health and social care contracts. Neither is it at all clear that the proposed delayed compliance for health tenders will apply. Add to that the implementation of the Care Act on 1st April which will bring with it new areas of requirements when writing method statements and delivering contracts, this is probably the last chance for those who want to gain a competitive edge in health and social care tendering.
The complete sell out during February, of three new CPD certified courses which address these matters, means that they are being repeated in March. Please book early. Several people were disappointed when trying to book for the February series.
