The Lib Dem’s have thrown another party political piece of rhetoric into the melting pot regarding NHS funding.
Today they have pledged to pump an extra £1billion into the NHS.
Treasury Secretary Danny Alexander has told the party’s Glasgow conference it would be paid for by reversing Tory tax breaks for the rich.
He has said: “It’s in stark contrast to the Conservatives who will target working people on lower income to carry the heaviest burden”.
But Shadow Health Secretary Andy Burnham has said “Lib Dems had backed the Tories all the way in taking the NHS backwards”.
When it comes to which party to support to sort out our health service, you may as well pick a number out of the hat!.
